After an incredible week at SXSW EDU 2022, I wanted to share my new learning on two major trends I saw highlighted in all of my sessions: new definitions and frameworks for personalized learning, and an emphasis on creating a more intentional connection between classrooms and communities.

What I love about this job is the word “systems”; it gives me the ability to turn macro ideas into micro changes in my school.
